Elizabeth Land
MS, LPC (she/her)
I'm Elizabeth Land, MS, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for guiding individuals through their personal journeys. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University – Commerce in 2015 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

I specialize in supporting survivors of abuse and trauma, guiding them through the healing process with compassion and understanding. I have extensive training and experience in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients navigate these challenges using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach. Additionally, I am dedicated to providing affirming and inclusive care to individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients of all identities feel respected and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal growth.

Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences is central to my practice. I believe in fostering an environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve your personal goals and build more meaningful relationships.
If you're looking for a compassionate therapist who will support you on your path to healing and growth, I'm here to help.
