I'm Elizabeth Land, MS, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for guiding individuals through their personal journeys. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University – Commerce in 2015 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. I specialize in supporting survivors of abuse and trauma, guiding them through the healing process with compassion and understanding.

Life can be hard to navigate without support. Having the right kind of support can help you overcome barriers and make navigating life possible. Let her be part of your journey!  Lily has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been working with adults, children, teens, and families for over 5 years.  Lily speaks Spanish and is overjoyed to be able to bring therapy in your language. 

I am here to help guide and support you through some of life's difficult and stressful moments.  I provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging environment throughout your therapeutic journey. Throughout the journey I will assist in identifying and utilizing your greatest strengths to achieve wellness. Empowering you to make healthy choices and live a healthier lifestyle, is one way I assist in helping you achieve a better quality of life.
